Reading your real availability
Before Fonaro offers a time, it checks your connected calendar. It only suggests slots that are genuinely free. That keeps the diary honest and avoids the awkward situation where a caller is promised a time that is already taken. Because availability is read live, the picture stays current as your day fills up.
Writing the appointment back
When the caller agrees a time, Fonaro writes the appointment into the same calendar, with the caller's details attached. Whoever is doing the work sees the service needed, the location, and how to reach the caller, without having to ask again.

Fonaro supports Google and Microsoft calendars. Pick the one your business already runs on. There is no need to move your team onto a new tool or learn a different diary. The connection is set up during onboarding, which is quick.
